Imagine lying down on a comfortable mat, your body fully supported, as a gentle sea breeze drifts over you from Cua Dai Beach.
This 60-minute sound bowl healing session, hosted in the peaceful coastal sanctuary of Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa and led by a local intuitive healer. This session is designed to align your mind, body, and spirit through natural resonance.
What the 60-Minute Journey Feels Like:
The Setting: You are nestled in an open-air beachfront setting where the rhythmic, white-noise lull of the ocean waves serves as the natural rhythm for your practice.
The Activation (First 15 Minutes): The session opens with a brief guided breathing exercise to ground your energy and lower your heart rate. As you settle into stillness, the first gentle strikes of the handmade Himalayan singing bowls begin to echo, clearing the surrounding mental chatter.
Deep Immersion (Next 35 Minutes): The practitioners from Maison Healing carefully arrange and play a sequence of crystal and metallic singing bowls. The pure, sustained frequencies (often tuned to 432 Hz to match the harmonic intonation of nature) wash over you. You don't just hear the sounds—you feel the physical vibrations gently massaging your nervous system, encouraging your brainwaves to shift into a deeply restorative theta state (deep relaxation).
Awakening & Integration (Final 10 Minutes): The intense vibrations slowly soften into the background, leaving you in a space of profound quiet mixed with the sound of the ocean waves. A soft chime or gentle guidance coaxes your awareness back to your physical body, leaving you feeling entirely recharged, spacious, and grounded.

Duration: 1-1.5 hours
Description: Starting our journey from the coastal tranquility of the Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, a bicycle ride offers the perfect pacing to experience the transition from central Vietnam's rolling ocean surf to its quiet, sun-dappled river life.
Pushing off from the resort's beachfront entryway, you quickly leave behind the open horizon of Cua Dai Beach and slip into a maze of flat, car-free pathways that wind alongside the branching networks of the Thu Bon River delta.
The Riverside Trails: Cam Thanh & The Water Coconut Forests
As we pedal inland along the riverbanks, the salt air softens into the earthy scent of brackish water and sweet mint from nearby gardens.
The Path: The trails here are completely flat, lined with rows of bamboo and towering nipa palms that cast dancing patterns of shade across the paved village alleys.
The Living River: Cycling through the Cam Thanh region, the river opens up to reveal the iconic water coconut forests. Looking out over the water, you'll spot local fishermen navigating their round bamboo basket boats with fluid, figure-eight paddle strokes, tending to large dip nets suspended over the gentle currents.
Rural Realities: The trails take you right past the edge of emerald-green rice paddies, where water buffalo lounge in the shallows. You can coast to a stop to watch artisan families weaving vibrant straw sleeping mats, throwing incense coils, or drying sheets of freshly pressed rice paper on bamboo racks in their front yards.
The Transition to Town: Into the Ancient Heart
Leaving the wider wetlands behind, your route guides you down quiet backroads toward the legendary Hoi An Ancient Town.
As the rural riverways narrow into urban canals, the scenery transforms into rows of historic, mustard-yellow merchant houses dating back to the 15th century. Navigating by bicycle allows you to easily cross the small bridges spanning the river to An Hoi Island or coast through the pedestrian-only streets of the old quarter. The air shifts from rural freshness to the warm aromas of slow-simmered Cao Lau noodles, roasting coffee beans, and the subtle fragrance of old wood and incense pouring out of centuries-old assembly halls.
When your legs are tired, you can simply turn back toward the coast, following the river breeze straight home to the cool, welcoming shaded pool at the Victoria Resort

Just a short ride from Hoi An’s ancient town, Thanh Ha Pottery Village opens a window onto a way of life where pottery is more than craft—it's tradition. Each piece is singular, imbued with the maker’s skill and spirit.
On arrival, you’ll receive a warm invitation into a local artisan’s home. Admire their finely wrought creations, then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pottery session. Under your host’s guidance you’ll learn to select the right clay, form your own piece, and paint and decorate it. No prior experience is required—only a readiness to try something new and enjoy the process.

Description: Perched in the Annamite Range near Da Nang, Ba Na Hills is a cool-mountain resort complex combining natural scenery, French-inspired architecture, cultural attractions, and modern entertainment. A typical excursion packs a mix of panoramic views, gardens, cultural shows, and signature photo spots.
Golden Bridge (Cầu Vàng)
The iconic, sweeping pedestrian bridge held up by two giant stone “hands.” Built to frame dramatic valley and mountain views, it’s busiest at sunrise and late afternoon for softer light and fewer crowds. Great for photos and slow walks across the misty canopy.
Ba Na Cable Car
One of the world’s longest and most scenic cable car rides. The ascent crosses cloud-covered hills, dense forest, and sudden clear vistas. The ride itself is an experience, with glass-windowed cabins and sweeping outlooks that prepare you for the resort’s different zones.
Le Jardin D’Amour (Flower Gardens)
A series of nine formal gardens, each with its own theme and plantings. Terraced lawns, sculptures, fountains, and neatly pruned hedges offer peaceful strolls and floral photo ops year-round.
French Village
A reconstructed European-style town with cobblestone streets, Gothic and Renaissance architecture, a chapel, and cafés. It’s designed to feel like 19th-century France—good for wandering, dining, and architecture photography. Portions are elevated on terraces with hilltop views.
Debay Wine Cellar
A historic, cool stone cellar built during the French colonial era. Offers a glimpse into the resort’s colonial heritage and occasional wine tastings.
Linh Ung Pagoda & Statue
A serene Buddhist site with a tall statue and ornate pagoda elements. The setting blends spiritual architecture with panoramic mountain scenery—quiet and contemplative compared with the busier attractions.
Fantasy Park (Amusement Zone)
Indoor and outdoor rides, arcade games, and family attractions for all ages. Good for rainy days or families with children seeking entertainment beyond sightseeing.
Restaurants and Cafés
A range from casual cafeterias to sit-down restaurants serving Vietnamese and international dishes. Dining with valley and mountain views is a highlight—expect cooler temperatures and occasional fog, so bring a light layer.
Tips for Visiting:
Weather: Cooler than the coast—bring a jacket and check forecasts. Fog can roll in quickly and change visibility.
Timing: Early arrival reduces crowds at the Golden Bridge and French Village. Cable car lines shorten in the morning.
Mobility: The site is hilly and includes stairs; some attractions are connected by shuttle or additional cable cars, but comfortable shoes are recommended.
Photography: Golden Bridge and the French Village are favorite shoots; use wide-angle lenses for sweeping landscapes and mid-range lenses for details in gardens and architecture.
Overall Experience Ba Na Hills blends natural beauty with constructed charm, offering a cool-mountain escape from coastal Da Nang. Whether you go for the Golden Bridge’s dramatic photo opportunities, the tranquil gardens, or family-friendly entertainment, the excursion delivers varied sights and a distinct alpine-resort
